Welcome to QuickGuard (โweโ, โourโ, โusโ). By installing, accessing, or using the QuickGuard EMI Protection and Device Management System (โServiceโ), you accept the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- Service: The QuickGuard Mobile Device Management, EMI Locker, and Dashboard System used by retailers, distributors, and finance partners.
- User / Retailer / Customer: Any individual or business entity using the QuickGuard Service.
- Device: Any smartphone or tablet registered and managed under QuickGuard.
- Activation Code: A code purchased to activate QuickGuard protection on a device.
- Dashboard: The web or app interface used to manage customers and devices.
- We / Us / Company: QuickGuard (operated under InstenTech or your legal business entity name).
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using QuickGuard, you agree to:

- Our Privacy Policy
- Any guidelines or additional terms shown within the app
Continued use of the Service means ongoing acceptance of updates.
3. Service Overview
QuickGuard provides:
- EMI Protection, Remote Device Lock/Unlock, App Blocking
- Network Controls, SIM Change Alerts, Location Tracking
- Device Management, Risk prevention tools, Dashboard analytics
The Service is designed for finance phones, retailers, NBFCs, and distributors.
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Use the Service only for legitimate financed-device security purposes.
- Ensure that the device owner (your customer) gives consent to device monitoring and locking.
- Use QuickGuard only on devices you legally own or finance.
- Not misuse the system for harassment, fraud, or illegal activity.
- Maintain confidentiality of your dashboard login credentials.
- Ensure accuracy of customer data entered in the system.
- Keep sufficient activation codes for uninterrupted service.
QuickGuard is not responsible for misuse by retailers or third parties.
5. Activation Codes
- Codes are non-refundable once activated.
- Each code is valid for one device.
- Codes cannot be transferred to another device after activation.
- If the retailer enters wrong data, the Company is not liable.
6. Device Locking Conditions
The device may be locked when:
- EMI is overdue
- Retailer or admin triggers lock manually
- Rules or policies set within dashboard require action
QuickGuard only provides the technology. Retailers are responsible for ensuring EMI terms are clear to their customer and that the customer is informed that the phone may be locked for non-payment.
7. Limitations of Service
We are not liable for:
- Loss of data on the customer device
- Customer complaints caused by incorrect retailer usage
- Misuse of locking features
- Network, SIM, or battery issues that affect device communication
- Third-party interference or wrongful locking due to retailer error
The Service depends on Internet connectivity, Battery availability, and Device compatibility. Some features may not work if the Device is reset, Internet is off, SIM is removed, or OS is updated in unsupported ways.
8. Fair Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer QuickGuard
- Tamper with the application
- Use automated tools to overload servers
- Misrepresent your identity
- Use QuickGuard on customer devices without consent
Violations may lead to account suspension.
9. Data Protection
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using QuickGuard, you consent to the collection of Device information, SIM data, Location (if enabled), Dashboard activity logs, and Usage analytics. We do not collect personal data outside the scope of the Service.
10. Payment & Billing
- Payments made for activation codes, subscriptions, or dashboard plans are non-refundable.
- Retailers must ensure timely renewal.
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
11. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for Abuse or misuse, Illegal activities, Non-payment, Violation of T&C, Fraud, or Server compromise attempts. Termination does not entitle refunds.
12. Liability Disclaimer
QuickGuard is provided โas isโ without warranties. We are not responsible for Financial losses, Customer disputes, Device malfunction, Data loss, or Business interruption. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the retailer in the last 1 month.
13. Third-Party Services
We may use secure partners for Hosting, Analytics, Notifications, and Payments. Their terms also apply.
14. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes = acceptance of new terms.
15. Governing Law
All disputes follow the applicable laws of India (or your stateโs jurisdiction). Courts within your state/region will have exclusive authority.
